This website (www.covenofcorals.com) is operated by me, Tobias Kruppa, and dedicated to the representation and sales of my original, artistic work. When purchasing my art from this website in either physical or digital form, and when browsing the visual representation of my work on this website, be advised of the following terms for the utilisation of my work:

All items sold and displayed on this website, including, but not limited to, posters, postcards, stickers, fine art prints, digital downloads, blog entries, gallery images and original artworks are intended for private, non-commercial use only. Any resale, republication or commercial re-utilisation of my work in any form or medium is prohibited without prior permission.

If you are interested in commercially re-utilising my work, please get in touch so a licensing agreement can be arranged. Examples for commercial use may include, but are not limited to, book / album covers, video thumbnails, creative marketing content, social media profile pictures, AI training data, clothing, adornment, tattoos, or other forms of body art. Do not create tattoos based off my work without permission. Do not use my work to train AI models without permission.

Custom artworks can be commissioned for commercial use, with the scope of utilisation outlined in a joint commission agreement. Please reach out!

Do not mount, stick, screw, glue or otherwise attach my work to private or public property, neither temporarily nor permanently, including, but not limited to, cars, bikes, house walls, buildings, bus stops, mailboxes, lantern posts, or other public infrastructure without permission of the property owner.

My work is based on commercially available, licensed photographic references as indicated with the individual artworks.
