Handmade Plaster Figurine "August"

Here you can acquire my carefully handcrafted plaster figurine "August", which I created in - well, August 2023! Gently polished and painted by hand, this sculpture gracefully captures the subtle curvature and dynamic elegance of a female bottom.

This one-of-a-kind figurine weighs 73 g and fits inside an imaginary bounding box of 7 cm x 5 cm x 10 cm (width, depth, height).

The figurine is based on a play dough sculpture which I formed by hand, using my own drawings and commercially licensed photos by "Studio Grafit" as references. I then created a custom silicone mold to cast this figurine in my workshop in Cologne, Germany. I used plaster of Paris as pouring medium.

After letting the figurine dry completely over the course of a week, I primed the surface with a solution of white glue and filtered water. After letting the primer dry for a couple of days, I painted the surface with three coats of cadmium yellow, using premium quality acrylic colours and Liquitex Fluid Medium for a rich, glossy surface texture.

The figurine feels smooth and warm to the touch. It is balanced so it stands upright on a plane surface. The bottom side of the figurine is stamped with my logo. The material specs and production time are handwritten on the back of the figurine (below the acrylic top coat but still vaguely discernible).

The figurine ships safely in cushioned cardboard container. The shipment container is fully discreet and does not contain any brand name etc.
